Quotable Quote... (QQ) is a series that I had fortuitously started in my office; where I used to send a quote daily (almost) to people who had subscribed for it & by the time I stopped it a few years back, there were a whooping 550 subscribers across organizations :) This blog is to relive those quotes... All quotes are from a personalized collection, hand written in a notebook ... originally created by my aunt ... later inherited and augmented by me :) Cheers!!!

As human...one always finds grass is greener on the other side:). its impossible to cut from the other side.....may be to cut it..we need to reach the other side....I guess...i cant reach other side!
The grass may SEEM greener on the other side...
:)
Keshi.
Am lost....if we have to cut the grass and not reap its beauty...what is wrong in staying on the side you are?
@kp -> thats human tendency .... always crave for what others have got ... :)
@keshi -> Good observation .... you smart you :)
@ceedy -> dude i m lost in ur comment :( didnt get what you trying to point out ... :(
the quote does say that its good to stay on the side you are ...
Yeah I know....my question is...isnt it about reaping benifits from the green grass growing on your side.....if it has to be cut then it already is abundant...so I was confused with the quote....:)
Okay! So that means the grass is yellow on my side and hard to cut and green on the other side and hard to cut.
Ultimately, it comes down to what color I prefer.
@ceedy -> thats the point ... even if its abundant on our side; we like to get our hands on the one on the other side ... :)
@Solitaire -> nice observation ... but its like cutting that green is harder than cutting your yellow ... and thats what we dont realize .. it feels all so easy.
But you said its "just as hard to cut", not harder!
@solitaire -> the just as hard comparison is for the green color and not with the difficulty of cutting the yellow grass ...
